Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Timelines:

Ready-to-ship items (this excludes custom orders & wholesale):
Ready to ship orders leave Riva Letterpress 2-4 days after date of purchase and are sent via the United States Postal Service.

Custom Orders (invitations, baby announcements, custom stationery, etc): Normal shipping turn around is 3-4 weeks from time of final approved artwork sent to Riva Letterpress. Orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail.

Wholesale Orders: For in stock items, cards may ship as soon as the buyer requests. Normal turn around is 2-3 days after order is placed with Riva Letterpress. Orders are sent via USPS Priority. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any item not in stock will ship 4-5 weeks from time of order placement. Please inquire if you need something sooner and we can discuss!

Return Policy:

Ready-to-ship items (this excludes custom orders & wholesale):
Ready to ship orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Please call 201-259-6770 or email elizabeth@rivaletterpress.com to request an order cancellation in this time frame and for an order refund. Please notify us ASAP for orders that arrive damaged. They can be returned to Riva Letterpress and replaced with a new shipment once we receive the damaged items. Please note the client is responsible for any return shipping charges on a return.

Custom Orders (invitations, baby announcements, custom stationery, etc): We are unable to accept returns or grant a refund on custom work. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement only. Please call 201-259-6770 or email elizabeth@rivaletterpress.com to request an order cancellation in this time frame. Please notify us ASAP for orders that arrive to you damaged. The damaged products can be returned to us and replaced with a new shipment upon request. Please note the client is responsible for any return shipping charges on a return.
